Users with existing projects will need to install additional packs when updating to a later version. The reason and advantage is to decouple release cycles of DSP and NN from the CMSIS-Core stuff.
Releases of these components will be provided as individual packs.
The components will be continued in the same way but relocated into their own GitHub repositories. We are planning to move these components off the CMSIS base pack and repository!
